1. HOW COULD I GET A SAMPLE?
The sample is available, you can leave your inquiry include samples' item Number, your email address. We will check the sample PI for you. 
Once receiving your payment of sample and shipping cost, we will send you samples immediately, and the sample cost will be refunded back to you with your order complying with our MOQ.

2. COULD I GET YOUR PRICELIST?
Sure, please tell us the products (with their model item) and quantity you are interested in, then we will offer the price by e-mail.

3. ABOUT TERM OF PAYMENT.
Full container:
A: T/T :30% deposit , 70% balance against copy of B/L.
B: L/C : Letter of Credit.
Sample fee or LCL goods:
A: Western Union
B: Paypal

4. ABOUT WARRANTY.
Manufacturer carry a 180 days, even more day Warranty depending on different products.

5. ABOUT AFTER-SALE SERVICE.
After order our products, we can offer the best after-sale service to you. 
For example, offer the damageable parts, offer image or other details to you for your advertisement etc.

6. ABOUT OEM / ODM.
Welcome to place the OEM/ODM from us.
Our product and design department can help you do your individual design. We can sign the confidentiality agreement with you.
